Health Management Systems of America (HMSA) continues its complimentary training series with the session The Sexual Addiction Epidemic, set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012 at HMSA offices, 601 Washington Blvd., in Detroit. The seminar is hosted by Douglas W. Carpenter, PsyD, LP, who examines the concept of sexual addiction, the controversial nature of this disorder as well as the associated clinical research.

Suspect in Arizona shootings to appear in court |

(Reuters) - A 22-year-old man charged with trying to assassinate congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in a shooting rampage that killed six people and wounded 14, is due to appear in court on Monday on charges of murder and attempted murder.
