Through our work with small, single location employers with under 50 employees to employers with multiple locations in many states that have employee populations ranging in size from 100 employees to 500,000 employees, HMSA has been able to establish a national Professional Provider Network of counselors and treatment providers in excess of 14,000 licensed professionals. All assessments and short-term counseling services are provided by licensed professionals, who minimally possess a Masters' Degree in Social Work or have a Ph.D. in Psychology, and have at least three years of post-graduate experience.
