Central Diagnostic & Referral (CDR) Services |
Central Diagnostic & Referral (CDR) Services are most often employed within organizations that have an internal Employee Assistance Program (EAP) staff, that are responsible for mental health & substance abuse education throughout the company and they encourage employees impacted by problems to seek assistance. Our CDR’s augment these internal EAP’s where a referral for treatment is clinically indicated.
Our CDR program will carry out the following:
- Comprehensive assessment
- Determine differential diagnosis
- Coordinate benefits
- Help with placement into treatment
- Provide mid treatment reviews
- Aftercare planning
The CDR will also coordinate treatment with your internal EAP representative for continuity when the employee returns to the job.
