EAP’s help employees and their families identify, gain control over and resolve these problems that may be interfering with work or daily life.

Core Services embedded in all program models are:
  • Dedicated 800 number for employees and their family members to access assistance
  • Counselors available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • All calls answered by live person, no voice prompt system
  • Interpreter services available in 140 languages
  • Health benefit coordination to eliminate unnecessary "out of network" copays and deductibles
  • Unlimited Management consultations to assist management with employees having problems in the workplace
  • Experienced network of licensed clinicians in locations convenient to your employees/family members
  • Dedicated Account Executive to assist in the promotion and ongoing communication of the EAP
  • Ongoing promotional materials that include brochures, wallet cards, magnets, payroll inserts, posters
  • Email communications
  • Comprehensive utilization reports
  • Legal and Financial Consultations
  • Web-based Work/Life Services that include resources and information about Eldercare, childcare, education, adoption, and wellness information


Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), onsite training, and Department of Transportation/Substance Abuse Professional Services are also available to build into any EAP model at an additional cost.
