As part of a Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT), you are working to make your campus and/or workplace safer through prevention and intervention. HMSA can help.

Our behavioral health counselors can provide threat assessment training and guidance to your BIT. We can even serve the behavioral health role as a virtual member of your team. As your team receives reports of disruptive, problematic or concerning behavior or misconduct, we can help you conduct an investigation, perform a threat assessment, and determine the best mechanisms for support, intervention, warning/notification and response.
